This January meeting was one not to be missed! “Are You In Your Right Mind,” presented by author of Organize From the Right Side of the Brain!, Lee Silber, was a fun meeting that got us up off our feet interacting with others in the room. Lee explained that the secret to success and happiness "for you and those around you" is to know and embrace your natural tendencies, rather than fight against them. Whether you're a right-brainer, left-brainer, whole-brainer – or a no-brainer – working with your brain type means you maximize your strengths and thinking style, and minimize your weaknesses and inner struggles. By doing this you will become more focused, motivated, efficient, happier and ultimately, more successful. Lee gave us all a little quiz to see which brain we each identified with then demonstrated the types of “Brainers” with some funny hat props and a creative radio show mock interview on willing participants. He gave a few great tips on how you can take your brain style and slightly tweak things you do everyday to be more cohesive with coworkers with the opposite brain.
